Pick-up hockey sessions give adult players of all skill levels the opportunity to play in a non-competitive, drop-in environment. Skill or age-based sessions are offered when ice time allows. Sessions are 75-minutes long, and attendance is capped at 22 skaters and two goalies. Advance online registration is highly recommended and players must check in with staff upon arrival.
Cost
Cost is $12 per player for regular sessions. Over-40 sessions are $15 per player. Goalies are free but must register online.
Rules
- Helmets and other protective equipment (shin guards, gloves, elbow pads) are required.
- Players must bring a white (not grey or yellow) and dark jersey.
- All sessions are no-checking. Glacier Ice Rink reserves the right to revoke a player’s privileges due to unsportsmanlike behavior.
- Players must wait until the Zamboni doors are closed before entering the ice.
Players are expected to abide by our Facility Policies and Public Program Rules as they are designed to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for all rink users. All users participate at their own risk.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel a registration, please contact us at least two hours in advance of the session to receive a full refund. Cancellations within two hours of the session or no shows will not receive refunds. Please include the full name of the person you are cancelling (spelling is helpful if leaving a voice message), your phone number, and the session time and date – e.g., John Smith, noon pick-up session on December 1, 406-555-5555.
Refunds will be credited back to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the cancellation request.
