With the stay-at-home order putting a pause on haircuts, we’re all developing “hockey hair” or coronavirus “flows”. This gave one of our adult hockey players an idea – why not hold an online photo contest so people can show off their ‘rona flows, while raising some operating funds for Glacier Ice Rink. The entry fee is a donation to the rink using the money you would have spent on a haircut.

Show Us Your Flow Contest

Here’s how the Show Your Flow contest works:

• Submit a head shot showing your current (from March 15 on) flow along with a $15 entry fee using the form below. All entrants will receive one free admission pass to a public skating or stick & puck session.
• All contestant photos will be posted on Facebook and Instagram and a panel of judges will choose three finalists.
• The finalists will make another online appearance open to public voting. The flow that receives the most votes wins!

The three finalists will receive a post-contest haircut, as well as the following prizes:

1^st place – $150 Glacier Ice Rink credit, $100 Downtown Association gift card and $50 Still Room gift card

2^nd place – $100 Glacier Ice Rink credit, $50 Downtown Association gift card and $25 Still Room gift card

3^rd place – $50 Glacier Ice Rink credit, $25 Downtown Association gift card and $15 Still Room gift card

All entries must be submitted by May 8, 2020. This contest is open to both kids and adults, so encourage the whole family to participate! Contest details may change depending on the number of entries received.
