Hockey Conditioning Class with VRTX Fitness

The Glacier Hockey League has teamed up with VRTX Fitness to offer a pre-season off-ice conditioning class for adults. The class runs Mondays, Sept. 13 through Oct. 25 and costs $72. It covers anaerobic conditioning, strength training and agility training. Email training@vrtxfitness.com to register.

Learn to Skate fall session starts Sept. 2

The fall session of Learn to Skate USA starts Thursday, September 2 and runs eight weeks, through October 21, from 5:45-6:30 pm.
