As a nonprofit organization, Glacier Ice Rink relies on sponsorships and advertising to offset our operational costs of providing recreational ice sports activities for our community. By becoming a sponsor, you can reach thousands of skaters, players, and spectators who visit the rink regularly each year. Sponsorship payments may be tax-deductible and include the options below:

Rink Advertising

Reach skaters and spectators alike with rink signage. Placement options include the Zamboni, in-ice, dasher boards, scoreboard banners and signs above the players’ benches. Costs range from $425 to $3,000 per year.

Youth Hockey Sponsorships

More than 500 youth of all ages and abilities participate in our hockey programs each year. Whether they’re starting out in our Learn to Play Hockey program or competing on one of our travel teams, these young athletes gain valuable sportsmanship skills, stay physically fit, and most of all, have fun! Sponsorships are available for house and travel teams or for the nine youth tournaments we host each year. Costs range from $175 to $1,750 for the winter season (November-March).

Adult Hockey Sponsorships

With nearly 1,000 registered players, our adult hockey league is larger than all other Montana adult programs. Divisions are designed for all ability levels, from the novice skater to the retired professional, including women. We also host four adult tournaments each year, including the long-standing Flying Mules Hockey Festival that attracts 30 teams. Sponsorships are $500 (team) or $750 (tournament).

Public Skating Sponsorships

We offer public skating sessions throughout the year that attract an average of 100 people per weekend session during the winter. In addition to our regular sessions, we hold special events to draw a larger audience and provide additional entertainment experiences. These include Spooky Skate (October), Santa Skate (December) and Sweetheart Skate (February) as well as smaller theme nights. Sponsorships are $250 (theme night) or $500 (special event).
