Public Program Cancellations

If you need to cancel a public program registration (public skate, stick & puck, pick-up hockey, open figure skate or open curling), you must contact us at  info@glaciericerink.com or 406-728-0316 x 108.

Please provide the full names of people you are cancelling (spelling is helpful if leaving a voice message), your phone number, and the session name and date – e.g., John and Jane Smith, 6 pm public skate on December 1, 406-555-5555.

Cancellations must be received at least two hours in advance of the session for a full refund. Cancellations within two hours of the session or no shows will not receive refunds.

Refunds will be credited back to the credit card on file within 48 hours of the cancellation request.

Hockey Programs

Refunds

Requests for either adult hockey or youth hockey refunds are as follows:

• A full refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs before the program begins.
• A partial refund will be issued if the cancellation occurs before the 3/4 point in the program. The refund will be prorated for the remaining weeks based on the fee paid (e.g., fall GHL is $156 for eight weeks, so each remaining game would be prorated at $19.50 per game).
  
• A $25 processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount. The prorated amount is based on when the refund request was received and does not apply to prior games missed.
• No refunds will be given if the cancellation occurs three-quarters or more through the season. Special situations may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the hockey directors of the respective programs.
• If a player selected for a youth hockey travel team chooses to NOT accept their spot on the team, no refund will be issued and the player will be charged the full cost of the program registration.
• Tournaments refunds are not guaranteed. Teams may request a refund, in writing, and the tournament coordinator will determine if the team has given adequate notice to fill the spot with another team.

All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing (email or letter) to the appropriate director:

• Grace Hoene (youth hockey programs)
• Ryan Geiges (adult hockey programs)

Refunds will issued back to the credit card on file. Account credits may be issued in certain situations. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing.

Late Registrations

Late registrations will be accepted for hockey programs if there is room. The registration fee will be a prorated amount for the number of weeks remaining, based on the program cost, plus any late fees.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are available for the winter hockey season only.

Youth hockey payment plans require 1/3 down at the time of registration, with two additional payments in November and December. Fees must be paid in full by December 31.

Adult hockey payment plans require a 1/3 payment at time of registration, with two additional payments in November and January.

Memberships and Donations

Membership payments and donations to Glacier Ice Rink are non-refundable. Donations are tax-deductible while memberships are not.
