Proposed Updates to MAYHA Bylaws

The Missoula Area Youth Hockey Association (MAYHA), is the nonprofit organization that has run Glacier Ice Rink since it was formed in 1997. To better serve our entire ice community, our Board of Directors has drafted proposed updates to the organization’s bylaws. The bylaws have not been updated since 2011, and these updates follow nonprofit best practices. The changes will also allow us to expand our pool of potential board members, as well as move our annual meeting to June to align with our fiscal year.
